Users upload 2–6 images → the tool generates a short video that interpolates between them using AnimateDiff.

Key Features
- Multi-image upload with reordering
- Adjustable motion intensity (subtle → dramatic)
- Control over image adherence vs creativity
- Style control (realistic, stylised, etc.)
- Seed control for reproducibility
- One-click video generation + export
Design Thinking
Most morphing tools either:
- Produce chaotic, unpredictable results
- Or require heavy prompt engineering
I focused on making the system feel:
- Predictable enough to guide
- Open enough to surprise
Key design decisions:
- Replace technical parameters with interpretable sliders
- Group controls by creative intent, not model architecture
- Keep the interface minimal to encourage rapid iteration
Outcome
AI Morph Studio enables:
- Fast exploration of visual transitions
- Creation of surreal, dreamlike sequences
- A more intuitive entry point into AnimateDiff workflows
